Var Facility Management Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is located at 211 on the 6th Cross. We are right off the 80 Feet Road in RMV Extn. II Stage, which is part of Sanjay Nagar. The office is in a residential-looking area but it’s where we manage everything. We have some desks and a couple of computers. It’s not a huge operation. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites. The 6th Cross is a fairly quiet street. Sanjay Nagar is a nice part of town to work in. We’ve been at 211 for a good while. There’s a small sign by the door. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist greeting everyone. We just get straight to the management tasks. Facility management involves a lot of small details, so we keep a lot of lists. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when everyone is back at the same time. We don't have fancy office furniture. It’s just practical stuff. Being near the 80 Feet Road makes it easy for us to get around the city. We just do our daily work and try to keep things running smoothly. It’s a regular business in a regular neighborhood. We are Var Facility Management and this is our home base. We like being in Sanjay Nagar and doing our jobs here.
