Sanjay Developers

Being part of Sanjay Developers in Bangalore means we spend a lot of time stuck in traffic. This city has changed so much since I first started out. We don't have a massive office in a high-rise building. We prefer to keep things simple and local. Most of our days are spent visiting different spots around the city, checking on how things are moving along. It is a lot of talking to different people and trying to make sense of the paperwork. Bangalore is a big place, so we end up driving a lot. We don't really have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just tell people what we have and where it is. Some days are really long and we don't get home until late. It's not a glamorous job, even if the word developer sounds like it might be. There is a lot of mud, a lot of phone calls, and a lot of waiting for things to happen. We have seen the city grow from a quiet place to what it is now. We just try to find our own little corner in all of that. It is mostly just about being there when people have questions. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just do the work and move on to the next thing when we are finished. It takes a lot of energy to keep up with the pace here, but we do our best to stay on top of the daily tasks.
