Sangam Service Station

Sangam Service Station has been here at 27 Vyalikaval for quite a long time. We are situated in the Lower Palace Orchards area, which is a nice part of town to be in. Most days are pretty much the same, filled with the smell of oil and the sound of engines running. People pull in and out all day long. Some are just stopping for a quick thing while others need more work done on their vehicles. The guys here usually have grease on their hands by ten in the morning. It is a busy little spot, and sometimes it gets crowded in the driveway, but we manage to move things along. Vyalikaval is a familiar place for us, and we know many of the faces that pass through. It is not a shiny, modern corporate place; it is just a regular service station where tools are lying around and we are always busy with something. Sometimes the weather makes it hard, like when it rains and everything gets wet under the shed, but we just keep working through it. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after ourselves and making sure the equipment is ready for the next job. It is practical work, and it keeps us on our feet from morning until the sun goes down. We just focus on what is right in front of us each day and try to get it done properly without any fuss or extra talk.
