Sandeep Khosla Associates

Our office is over in the KSSIDC Industrial Estate in Indira Nagar, right on the 2nd Cross in the 6th Block. Being at number 18 means we are right in the thick of things. There is always the sound of trucks or machines from the other units nearby. Sandeep Khosla Associates isn’t a place with a big lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s mostly just desks, a lot of files, and people talking over the noise of the industrial area. We spend a lot of time looking at drawings and making calls. The parking can be a bit of a nightmare on Tuesday mornings, but we manage. If you look for the building with the blue gate, that’s us. We’ve been in this part of Indira Nagar for some time. The area has changed quite a bit, with more buildings going up every year. Inside our space, it’s a bit cluttered. We have old samples sitting in the corners and stacks of paper that we swear we will organize one day. We don't do things the way big corporate firms do. We just work. It’s about getting the details right without making a big fuss. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, and the street gets real quiet then. It’s a decent place to work. We are just a group of people trying to do a solid job in an industrial estate.
