Samskriti Wellness Centre

You can find us at number 81 on the 80 Feet Road. We are in the Samskriti Building, which is in the RMV Extension 2nd Stage. It’s a good landmark because we are right below the Cafe Coffee Day and directly across from Ramaiah Hospital. The area is always buzzing with people and cars. We’ve set up our wellness center here to be a bit of a retreat from all that noise outside. It’s a decent-sized space where we do various wellness activities. The interior isn't anything like a corporate office. We’ve kept it simple and functional. Most days are spent managing the schedule and seeing people who come in for their sessions. Since we are near a major hospital, we get a lot of foot traffic from that side too. Sometimes the smell of coffee from upstairs drifts down, which is quite nice. We don't use big words or fancy promises. We just provide a space for people to come and focus on their health. The team is small, and we mostly just handle everything ourselves, from answering the phone to keeping the place tidy. It’s a lot of manual work and day-to-day management. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have become a regular part of the neighborhood landscape. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us moving.
