Samko

We are located in Frazer Town, specifically on Coles Road at number 55. If you know where the ICIC Bank is, we are right above it on the third floor. It’s a busy part of town so there’s always something going on outside on the pavement. The building is a bit older, and the stairs can be a bit much if you’re not used to them, but we don't mind the climb every day. Our space is mostly taken up by computers and some old chairs that have seen better days. It gets quite noisy with the traffic from Coles Road, but you sort of stop hearing it after an hour or two in the office. We have a small window that looks out over the street and the bank entrance. Sometimes we just watch the cars while we wait for things to load or for the phone to ring. It’s not a large team here at Samko. We just handle our business without much fuss or fancy equipment. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it hasn't really been a priority for us lately. We keep our files organized in the metal cabinets near the back wall. Usually, we pack our own lunch and eat at the desks while talking. It’s a simple setup, nothing fancy or polished. We just come in, do what needs doing, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s just a regular office in a very busy, lively area.
