If you need to find Sami Ullah & Sons, we are located right behind the police station. It’s a landmark everyone around here knows, so it makes giving directions pretty easy. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, passed down through the family. The workshop is a bit old and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn't affect the work we do. There’s usually a lot of noise from the street and the station nearby, but we don’t mind it much. We have a lot of different tools scattered around, but we know exactly where everything is. It’s not the most organized place to an outsider, but it works for us. We do things the way we were taught, without a lot of new-fashioned ideas if they aren't needed. People stop by to chat or ask about a job, and we just talk to them plainly. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to act like we’re something we’re not. It’s just a family business trying to do right by the people who come to us. We stay busy enough most weeks. When the sun goes down, we lock up the shutters and head home, then come back and do it all again the next day. It is a simple life and the work is steady. We don't ask for much more than that.
