Samhita Constructions

We are based in Benniganahalli, specifically at number 14 in Jivraj Park. It’s a nice enough spot, though the traffic near the park can get a bit chaotic during the rush hours. Our office is a simple setup where we handle everything related to our construction projects. There are no high-end finishes here; just painted walls and some sturdy furniture that can handle a lot of use. We have stacks of tiles and carpet samples sitting in the corner from previous jobs. The air is often filled with the sound of the radio playing softly in the background and someone typing away at a report. We do a lot of our own filing, so the cabinets are usually stuffed full. It’s an honest day's work for us. We spend our mornings checking on the sites and our afternoons back here at the desk. Sometimes we have meetings with clients, and we just pull up a few extra chairs around the main table. There’s a small balcony where some of us go to get some air when the office feels a bit cramped. We don’t have a big staff, so everyone chips in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s answering the door or fixing the coffee machine. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We aren't looking to be the biggest, just to do the work that’s in front of us.
