Samarth Reality Developers Pvt Ltd is based at Mahathma Gandhi Road, Mhb Colony No 404. Being on MG Road means it’s always loud and full of energy outside. Our office is a bit of a retreat from all that noise. We focus on development projects around the city. It’s a lot of logistics and talking to different departments. We aren't a fancy corporate setup with a receptionist at a marble desk. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from a desk. We’ve been at this location for a while now. The space at No 404 is where all the decisions happen. We have stacks of files and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing. Working in development means dealing with a lot of delays and unexpected problems. We just take them as they come. It’s not a perfect science. We try to be honest about how long things take. People appreciate that more than a fake promise. MG Road is a landmark spot, so it’s easy for people to find us. We like the convenience of being here. Our team is small, mostly just a few folks who have been together for years. We know the industry and we know the area. We aren't trying to be something we’re not. We just build things and manage the process. It keeps us busy and we like the challenge.
