We are located in Bangalore, over in the Siddhaguntepalaya area near Dharmaram College. Our office is at No. 15 on the 1st Main Road. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot of students and traffic from the college nearby. We work on property development, which means we spend a lot of time looking for land and then trying to figure out what to build on it. It is a lot of meetings with architects and city officials. The real estate market in Bangalore moves fast, so we are always trying to keep up. Our office is a simple place with a few desks and some maps of the local area pinned to the walls. We do not have a big marketing department or anything. Usually, it is just us taking calls and trying to resolve issues with the various sites we have going on. Sometimes the weather slows down the construction, or we have trouble finding good workers for specific tasks. We just take it day by day. People stop in to ask about future projects or to see where we are at with the current ones. We try to be open about what is happening. It is a lot of coordination and making sure the permits are all in order. The area around Siddhaguntepalaya has changed so much since we first moved into No. 15. We spend a lot of our time stuck in traffic going between the office and the building sites. It is just the way it is.
