Sales Co-Ordinator In Builders And Developers

It's just me here at the office on School Road. Most days are spent on the phone or looking over blueprints and maps. Chikkabanaswadi is a busy part of Bangalore, and it gets pretty loud, especially around 3rd Cross during the school rush in the mornings. I've been doing this for a while now, coordinating things between the guys on the construction sites and the folks looking to buy a house. It isn't a fancy setup. I handle the back-and-forth for the developers, making sure the sales numbers actually match what's happening on the ground. People come in with questions about layouts and prices, and I try to give them a straight answer without any fluff. It’s a lot of talking throughout the day. My tea usually gets cold before I can even finish it most mornings. We aren't some big flashy firm, just a small operation at No.45. It gets the job done and keeps us busy. I usually walk home if the weather isn't too hot. Dealing with builders means you see the messy side of how things get built. I just try to keep the records straight and the customers informed.
