We have been set up at No 33 on 4th Main for quite a long time now. Most of the people who live around here know exactly where the 1st Cross is in this part of the BDA Layout. It’s a pretty active area within Kodihalli, especially being in HAL II Stage. Being right here in Bangalore-8 means we are in the thick of things, even if our office is just a quiet little spot. We aren't doing anything fancy. It is mostly just paperwork and talking to people who come by with questions about properties. The office itself is nothing to brag about, just a couple of rooms with some old desks and a few filing cabinets that have seen better days. We like the neighborhood because everything is close by. There is a small shop around the corner where we usually get our coffee in the afternoon when the sun starts to dip. Bangalore is always growing and changing, but this specific corner near the main road feels familiar and steady. We spend most of our mornings going through documents and checking on local listings. It can get a bit dusty with all the construction happening nearby, but that’s just how it is these days. We know the shortcuts through the layout to avoid the traffic when we have to head out. It’s a decent place to spend the day, and we’re happy to be part of the local scene here.
