Sakshi 3D Signs

You can find Sakshi 3D Signs at Shop No. 5/412 on 3rd Cross in Bommanahalli. We are tucked away behind the BBMP office, so it is a bit quieter than the main Begur Road, though the Urdu Primary School nearby brings plenty of noise when the kids are out. We spend most of our time working with acrylic and metal, cutting out letters for 3D signs. It is messy work with a lot of dust and scrap material lying around the floor. Our shop isn't a showroom; it is more of a workshop where we actually build things. We started small and just kept adding more tools as we could afford them. Sometimes a customer brings in a drawing on a piece of scrap paper and we have to figure out how to make it stand up in 3D. It’s a lot of measuring and double-checking because once you cut the material, you can’t really put it back together. The heat in the afternoon can be tough, especially when we are using the heating elements to bend plastic. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People just see our work on other shops and ask where they got it done. It is honest work and we take pride in seeing a sign we made hanging up somewhere in the city. We usually close up late once the last delivery is ready for the morning.
