We are based in Bengaluru and have been for quite a while. It’s a big, fast city and we’ve tried to carve out our own little space here. We don't have one of those flashy offices in a fancy tech park with glass elevators. We're more about the actual work and the materials. Mostly we deal with glass and things people need for houses or office buildings. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites checking on things. Being in Bengaluru means we’re always dealing with the sudden rain or the heavy traffic on the main roads. It’s just part of the daily routine for us. We have a small team where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We don't really have titles or anything fancy. One person might be doing the accounts and then helping load a truck five minutes later if the driver is in a hurry. That's just how we run things here. We keep a lot of inventory around, so the space usually feels a bit cramped and full of crates. But it’s better than having an empty warehouse. We don't go around putting up posters or ads. Most of our work comes from people who have worked with us before. It’s a simple way to do business. We try to be honest about what we can do and when things will be ready.
