Over in Banashankari Iii Stage, you’ll find us at the Brigade Vista complex on Uttarahalli Road. Our office for Saint Gobain Glass India Limited is in unit C2-115. It’s a nice enough area of Bangalore, away from some of the more chaotic central parts, though Uttarahalli Road has its own busy moments with traffic. The office is inside a residential-style complex, so it feels quite private and quiet most of the time. We spend our days managing glass orders and talking to various builders across the city. It’s not a place for showing off; we have some desks, our computers, and a lot of paperwork regarding glass dimensions and delivery dates. We aren't interested in using fancy business words or trying to sound like we’re in a boardroom. We’re just a group of people making sure the glass gets to where it’s supposed to go without breaking. Most of the team lives nearby, so we have a good understanding of the local area and the people who live here. We take our breaks together and talk about normal things, not just work. It is a steady environment where we know what needs to be done and we just do it. There’s a certain routine to life here at Brigade Vista that we’ve all grown to appreciate over the months. It’s just our workplace, and we try to keep things running as smoothly as possible for everyone involved in the daily process and logistics.
