Sail Training Centre

You can find us over at number 33/1 on 4th Model House Street in Basavanagudi. We are pretty close to Nagasandra Circle, which is a landmark most people in this part of Bangalore know well. Our training centre is situated in what used to be a regular house, so it has a bit of a lived-in feel to it. It’s not like those big glass buildings you see in other parts of the city. We have a few rooms set up for classes, and we mostly focus on providing practical training for the people who sign up with us. The street outside is a bit narrow, so if you're coming by car, parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We usually tell people to just take the bus or a scooter. Inside, things are fairly simple. We have chairs, some tables, and the usual teaching supplies. It isn't silent, as you can hear the birds in the trees outside or the occasional auto-rickshaw passing by, but it’s a decent place to focus on a new skill. Our staff is just a small group of people who have been doing this for a while. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. We just open the doors in the morning and get through the day's lessons. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, though we do try to keep things on track so the students get what they need before they head home.
