We are based at 106B in the D. Krishna Reddy Layout in Bommanahalli. This area is mostly about manufacturing, so there are a lot of small factories and workshops around us. Our building is a bit rough around the edges, but it serves its purpose. Inside, the floor is mostly taken up by the production line and bags of raw materials. It’s a noisy environment, with the constant hum of the machinery making it hard to talk sometimes. We’ve got a small partitioned area that acts as an office, but even there, you can feel the vibration from the machines. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear a white shirt. We’re always moving around, checking on things and making sure the manufacturing process is going okay. The layout can be a bit confusing for delivery drivers, so we often have to go out to the main gate to wave them in. There’s a small shop nearby where we get snacks and soda during the afternoon slump. We don’t have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just the owner and a few staff members who have been here since the start. We work hard, get a bit dirty, and go home tired. It’s a straightforward life in a busy industrial part of Bangalore. We don’t spend time on fancy presentations; we just focus on making what we need to make.
