Our office is located at number 16 in Nehru Nagar, which is part of the Sheshadripuram area in Bangalore. It’s a decent spot, though the traffic nearby can be a bit of a nightmare during peak hours. We’ve been doing infrastructure work from this location for a good while. The space inside isn't huge, but we make it work with what we have. There are usually three or four of us in here at any given time, plus the guys who come in from the sites to drop off reports. Sheshadripuram has a lot of old trees and a bit of a classic Bangalore feel to it. We like it here because it feels like a real neighborhood. We aren't big on fancy titles or corporate rules. Everyone just chips in where they can. If the phone rings and the regular guy isn't there, someone else just picks it up. We do a lot of coordination with local authorities and vendors. It involves a lot of waiting and a lot of paperwork, which isn't always fun, but it’s necessary. We have some old wooden desks and a few computers that have seen better days. It’s a working office, not a showroom. Most of our real work happens outside on the projects, but this is where we plan it all out and try to stay organized. It is just a normal day-to-day grind for us, keeping things moving along as best as we can.
