You can find us over at Kiran Kutter, No 82, which is located on the 6th Cross in the Malleswaram area. We are actually situated right above the City Union Bank. It is a very busy spot in Bangalore, and finding a place to park your scooter or car can be a real headache most days of the week. We have been doing this construction work for a long time now. Being based in Malleswaram, we get to see a lot of the old heritage buildings and the newer apartments coming up right next to them. We handle a variety of different projects, mostly centered around this particular part of the city. Our office isn’t anything too fancy or special, just a room where we keep our files and sit down with people to look over their building plans and blueprints. It gets quite noisy with all the traffic and horns outside, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. We have a small team of site supervisors and workers who are usually out at the various job sites instead of being here in the office. I am usually the one here handling the phone calls and dealing with the monthly billing. Construction is a difficult business because things rarely go exactly the way you planned them at the start. There are always some delays with the materials or the labor, but we just take it one day at a time. We are just a local company trying to build things right.
