We are based in Bangalore, tucked away in the Laggere area near Manjusree Industries. The building we are in is called Srinivasa Nilaya. It is an interesting spot to work because we are surrounded by all sorts of small factories and workshops. Being a human resources firm in the middle of an industrial zone means we see a lot of different people coming through our doors every day. Candidates show up for interviews looking for all kinds of different roles. The office is usually quite full of paper resumes and manila folders. We have a few computers that are getting a bit slow, but they still get the job done for us. Sometimes the noise from the machinery in the nearby units makes it a bit hard to hear people when we are talking on the phone. We do not have a fancy lobby with leather chairs or anything like that. It is more like a regular house that we turned into a workspace. Laggere is a very crowded part of the city, so getting here in the evening can be a real struggle for the staff. We spend most of our time calling people and checking through their job references. It can be repetitive work, but we are used to it. The team is just a few of us who have worked together for years. We get our tea from the small shop at the corner twice a day.
