Safexpress

Our location is at No.219 in the Chinnaswamy Reddy Building, which is over in Singasandra along the Hosur Main Road. Being right on the main road means Safexpress sees a lot of action throughout the day and night. It’s a loud place with all the trucks and buses zooming past constantly. The building itself is pretty basic but it gives us enough room to handle the logistics work we do. We spend a lot of our time coordinating drivers and checking on where shipments are located. It’s often dusty because of the road construction and the heavy traffic nearby, so we are always dusting off our desks. We aren't a fancy corporate office with glass walls; it’s more about grit and getting the parcels moved. The guys in the warehouse are usually busy from sunrise to sunset. We drink a lot of tea to keep going during the long shifts. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit and tie. We wear clothes that we don't mind getting a bit dirty. There is a lot of paperwork to keep track of, and sometimes the piles get a bit high, but we eventually get through it all. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to make sure everything gets where it’s supposed to go without too much fuss. It is a busy life here in Singasandra.
