Sachetana Eye Clinic & Micro Surgical Centre

Our eye clinic is located on 10th Cross in Vijaynagar, specifically Prashant Nagar at No. 16. It is a micro surgical centre too so we have a dedicated room for those smaller procedures. Most people come in because their vision is getting a bit blurry or they need new glasses. We have the big charts on the walls for testing eyes and all the machines that puff air or shine bright lights. The waiting area has some chairs lined up against the wall and a small desk where we keep the patient files. It can get a bit dim in some rooms because of the eye tests but that is just how it has to be. Prashant Nagar is a decent neighborhood and we get a lot of elderly folks who live nearby coming in for checkups. We spend a lot of time explaining how to use eye drops or why someone needs to wear their spectacles more often. The surgical side of things is kept very clean and separate from the main lobby. It’s a place where we do a lot of repetitive tasks like cleaning lenses and checking frames. We aren't a big hospital chain so things are a bit more personal here. You see the same staff members every time you walk in. We just try to make sure everyone can see a bit better when they leave. The schedule stays pretty full but we take it one person at a time.
