Sabari Constructions

Our office is located at 38/42 in Banashankari 2nd Stage. It’s a decent area and we’ve been settled here for some time now. Sabari Constructions is what keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Usually, we are out at different sites, so the office is empty for most of the day. We deal with all the usual stuff that comes with building—permits, rain delays, and finding good labor. It’s not always a smooth process and sometimes we have to change plans on the fly. We aren't really interested in being a huge company. We like being able to keep an eye on everything ourselves without having too many layers of management. My brother and I started this and we still do most of the heavy lifting. We know the local suppliers around Banashankari well, which helps when we need something in a hurry. Our desks are covered in old notebooks and coffee rings. We don't have a receptionist to greet people, so if someone stops by, they usually just walk in and find us in the back. We try to be fair and just get the jobs finished so we can move on to the next one. It’s a lot of hard work and we are usually pretty tired by the time we get home, but it’s what we know how to do. Sometimes we even work on Sundays if the project is behind schedule.
