S V Surana & Co is located at 4705 Palace Road in Nanjappa Layout. You can find us on the 1st Main, 4th Cross. Our office is actually on the 7th floor, which is quite high up. We are right next to the Chalukya Hotel, which is a very well-known spot in this area. Being on the 7th floor gives us a bit of a view of Palace Road and all the traffic down below. It’s a bit of a walk or a lift ride up, but it’s a good space. We have been operating from this layout for quite some time. The office itself is full of computers and rows of filing cabinets. We handle a lot of different financial matters for people, like auditing and tax planning. We don’t have a big corporate feel. It’s just a regular office where we work hard and try to stay organized. Sometimes the office gets a bit noisy with everyone talking on the phone or the hum of the air conditioners. We don’t use any marketing language or try to impress people with big words. Most of our clients are people who have been coming to us for years. They know we are right next to the hotel. We spend our days digging through numbers and making sure everything adds up. It’s a busy life, especially during the months when taxes are due. We just keep things practical and do the work that needs doing.
