S V S Developer

Our office for S V S Developer sits at Krishnarajapuram Hinjewadi Chowk, specifically at Survey No.105/1. This is a growing area with plenty of dust and construction noise all around the building. We spend most of our hours looking at site maps and checking on different plots of land nearby. The office itself is quite simple, consisting of some chairs and a large table for spreading out layouts. We have been involved in things around this part of town since the roads were much narrower than they are today. It gets especially busy during the middle of the week when people want updates on their projects. We are not big talkers; we just show what is available and handle the necessary paperwork. Sometimes the phone rings constantly, and other times the office is completely silent for hours. We have seen a lot of houses go up in this neighborhood recently. Our spot at the chowk is easy to find because there is always so much activity happening right outside. We don’t have fancy brochures or a dedicated marketing team. It is just us and a couple of helpers who know the local land very well. We deal with the paperwork and try to make sure everything is clear for anyone interested in a plot. It involves a lot of back and forth, but that is the business.
