S V Architects & Engineers

We’ve been over here in Kundalahalli 1615 for a while now. S V Architects & Engineers is basically just a group of us working on building plans and structural stuff. It gets busy around the office, but we try to keep things moving. Most days, you’ll find someone hunched over a desk looking at blueprints or talking about site measurements. We handle both the design side and the engineering parts, which saves people from running around to different offices. The space here isn't fancy. It's just a functional spot where we get the drawings done and make sure the technical details aren't messed up. People from around the neighborhood stop by to ask about permits or how to fix a wall, and we do what we can. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks, but the computers usually work fine. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to get the math right on these buildings. It’s practical work. If you are looking for the place, it’s right there at 1615. We don't have a big sign out front, but we're easy enough to find if you know the area. We just stick to what we know, which is making sure things stand up straight and look okay. It’s been our routine for a long time. Just a local shop doing local projects. We keep some old folders stacked in the corner from years ago because we never got around to throwing them out. That's just how we operate.
