Our office is located at 45/81 Kanakanagar. It is a relatively quiet spot, which is nice when you need to focus on a complicated floor plan. S T S Architects & Consultancy has been operating from this exact location for a good number of years now. We handle various types of building projects and some general consulting work for people who aren't quite sure what they need yet. Mostly, our day consists of us sitting around our desks with a lot of tea and coffee. The local neighborhood knows we are here. We do not do anything that you would call flashy or high-end. Most of our working hours involve looking at blueprints on the screen and talking to folks about their house plans. We also have to deal with the local government offices for permits, which can be a bit of a headache and takes up a lot of time. The building we are in is fairly easy to spot once you manage to get onto the right street. We have a few old drafting tables and several computers that have seen better days, but they still do the job just fine. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy brochures because word of mouth usually keeps our schedule full enough. It is a very simple setup. We focus on the practical side of building. If a wall needs to go somewhere, we figure out the best way to make it stay up and look decent.
