S Rao & Co

Our office is at number 17, Srinivasa Nilaya, which is on the 9th Main in Malleshwaram. We are specifically in the 12th Cross area, near the Swimming Pool Extension. If you know Malleshwaram, you know it’s an old part of the city with a lot of trees and heritage. S Rao & Co is a modest setup. We work out of a building that feels more like a home than a workplace. We have a few rooms filled with desks and a lot of old records. It’s a bit dusty because we have so many papers, but we manage. We don't have a polished corporate image. We are just a group of people who have been working together for a long time. The mornings are nice here before the traffic picks up. We usually start the day with some coffee and a chat about what needs to be finished. We don't have a dedicated sales team. Most of our clients have been with us for years. They know where to find us and they know how we work. It's a slow and steady pace. We don't like to rush things if it means making mistakes. Sometimes we take a walk down to the 11th cross for snacks. It’s a good place to be. We aren't doing anything flashy, just keeping our books in order and helping out whoever walks through the door. The neighborhood is what makes it special for us.
