We operate out of number 3 in Yelahanka, Sasane Nagar, right here in Pune. It’s not a fancy office for S R S Security Services, just a small place where we manage the schedules and talk to the guys before their shifts. Most of what we do is providing guards for apartments and small businesses around the area. We’ve been doing this for a few years now. The team is mostly local men who need steady work and know these neighborhoods pretty well. It’s a lot of organizing, making sure everyone shows up for their shifts on time and stays alert throughout the night. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people find us because they saw our guys working at another building nearby and asked for our number. We handle the paperwork and the training ourselves in the back room. It gets a bit hectic when someone calls in sick at the last minute, but we always manage to cover the post one way or another. Pune is growing fast, so there’s always someone needing a bit of extra watch over their property or their gate. We keep things pretty simple. You tell us what you need, and we see if we have the right person for the job. It’s hard work, especially those long night shifts, but the staff here is used to the routine. We just try to do right by the people who hire us and the people who work for us. That’s really all there is to our business.
