S P Arch Design Studio

We’ve been running things out of No.117 in Chikkanna Chetty Layout for some time now. It’s right off Shampur Main Road, not too far from the Arabic College. If you know where Ambedkar Medical College is, we’re pretty close to that landmark too. The studio isn't very large, but it fits our desks and all the drawing equipment we need. It can get a bit noisy when the traffic picks up on the main road, but inside we usually have some music playing or just the sound of people talking over plans. We aren't the type to wear suits or have formal meetings every hour. Most of the time, we’re just hunched over screens or paper, trying to figure out how a specific layout should work. The walls are covered in sketches and notes from old projects that we never got around to taking down. It’s a bit messy, to be honest, but it feels like a real workspace. Being in the 560045 area means we get a good mix of people coming through. Sometimes someone drops by just to ask for directions because of the colleges nearby. We don't mind. It’s part of being in this neighborhood. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to get things right. There’s a tea stall down the street where we go when we need a break from the office air. It’s a simple life here.
