S Mallikarjunappa & Co is located in the Sree Vinayaka building at 220 Cubbonpet Main Road. You have to head up to the second floor to find us. Cubbonpet is a crowded area, so getting here can take a bit of time depending on the hour. The office itself is pretty old-fashioned. We have heavy wooden desks and old-style fans on the ceiling. There are a lot of ledgers and books stacked around because we still like to keep physical copies of everything. We have been working here for quite some time now. It’s a family-run kind of feel, even if we aren't all family. We know the people in the shops downstairs. The building has that old city smell to it, a mix of dust and paper. We don't have any fancy technology, just the basic computers we need to get the job done. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of visitors, but we make do. We aren't interested in looking like a big city firm. We are just local people doing work for other local people. Our days are filled with phone calls and checking over documents. It is a steady pace. We take our lunch breaks together most days. It’s just a simple, hardworking office in the middle of a busy neighborhood. We wouldn't want to be anywhere else really, because this place feels like home after all these years. We just keep our doors open for anyone needing help.
