You can find S M Ebro & Co right across from the Naaz Complex on B Oosman Khan Road. It is a busy spot, especially with all the traffic coming off N R Road near the 3rd Cross. Our place at No. 69 isn't very large, but we pack a lot of stuff into the shelves. Most days are spent answering the phone or talking to people who drop by looking for specific items. It gets a bit crowded inside when a few customers come in at once. We’ve been operating from this corner for a good while. The stairs are a bit narrow and the lighting isn't the brightest, but it works for what we do. We mostly deal with parts and supplies that people in the trade need. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking inventory to make sure we have what people are asking for. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time parking on the street because it's so narrow. We just have to manage. It's noisy outside with the horns and the street vendors, but once you're inside, it's just us working. We don't have a big team, just a few people who know where everything is kept. If someone asks for something we don't have, we usually try to find out where they can get it. It is just a regular local business trying to stay organized in a very hectic part of town. We keep it simple.
