S M Builders & Constructions

We’ve been running S M Builders & Constructions out of Marathahalli for a while. If you’ve spent any time in this part of town, you know how much it has changed. We remember when things were a lot quieter around here. Our office is a busy place, mostly because there is always someone coming in or out with plans and supplies. We aren't the type to sit behind a computer all day. Usually, we are out at a site or talking to vendors. The office has maps pinned to the walls and stacks of tiles in the corner. It's a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We have a small crew and we’ve all known each other for years. There’s no big hierarchy here. If a floor needs sweeping, one of us does it. We take the work as it comes and try to stay busy. Marathahalli is a good base because we can get to most places from here, even if the traffic is a nightmare. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. Most of the people who call us are friends of people we worked for before. It’s a simple way to do business, but it works for us. We just focus on the bricks and the cement and getting things done. Some days are long, but that is part of being in construction.
