The shop is located at 14/7/2, Rajgopalnagar Main Road. Being in Peenya 2nd Stage means there is always a lot of noise from the nearby factories. We mostly deal with the supplies that come in every Tuesday and Thursday. Our space isn't very large, so we have to be careful with how we stack the drums and containers. Usually, two of us are here to manage the unloading. The floor is concrete and easy to sweep, which is good because things get dusty quickly. People often call to check if we have specific stuff in stock before they drive over. We don't use those fancy automated systems, so we just walk back to the storage area and look. It's more reliable that way. The main road is always busy, so getting a truck parked out front can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We've lived in this area for a long time, so we know most of the other shop owners nearby. If we run out of tea, we just go next door. The work is mostly the same every day, but we like the consistency. We keep the ledger on the small desk near the door. Everything gets written down by hand. It might look a bit messy to some people, but we know where everything is. We don't really do much advertising or anything. People just find us or hear about us from someone else in the industrial area.
