S G Arts

If you're driving down 80 Feet Road in Basaveshwara Nagar, you might see us at number 27. This is where S G Arts is based. It’s a pretty busy road, so there’s always a lot of traffic passing by. We like the location because it’s easy for people to find us. We aren't tucked away in some back alley. The shop is a regular workspace where we spend our days. We do a lot of different types of work, mostly things related to what people need for their homes or businesses. We don't have a shiny showroom. It’s more of a place where things actually get made. You’ll see tools and scraps and projects in various stages of being finished. We usually start early in the morning before the road gets too loud. It’s nice to have a routine. We talk to the neighbors and the other shop owners on the street. It feels like a real community here in Basaveshwara Nagar. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job so people come back next time they need something. It’s just me and a couple of others helping out. We keep things simple. If someone walks in with an idea, we see if we can do it. Most of the time we can. It’s just how we operate. We don't have any big meetings or corporate goals, we just work.
