S B Builders & Developers

S B Builders & Developers is situated on the H M T Main Road in Jalahalli. We are at number 13 1, specifically in the Soundarya Gardenia building. It is quite close to the Jalahalli Village Police Station, which is a good landmark if you are looking for us. We handle building and development projects around this side of town. It isn't a glamorous job. A lot of our day is spent on dusty sites, looking at bricks and cement, or dealing with paperwork at the office. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some maps on the walls and some chairs for when people come by to talk about land or construction. We don't use those high-end presentations with music. We just talk to people and explain what can be done and what can’t. We’ve lived and worked in Bangalore for a long time, so we know how things go here. Construction has its ups and downs, and we’ve seen it all. We don't promise anything we can’t actually do. We just try to build things that stay standing and make people happy with their space. It is a small team here, mostly family and a few friends who have worked with us for years. We like keeping it that way because we can trust each other. We might not be the fastest, but we finish what we start.
