Our place is on the first floor of building 183 in G Block of Sahakaranagar. It is a nice enough area with some trees around, though finding parking on the street can be a bit of a headache during lunch hours. You have to walk up a narrow set of stairs to reach us. The door sticks a little bit when the weather gets humid, so you have to give it a firm push. Inside, it is mostly just a bunch of computers and a big table where we spread out everything we are working on. We have a small kitchenette in the corner that mostly just gets used for making instant coffee. It is not a corporate setup at all. We are just a group of people who have been working together for a few years in this neighborhood. Most of our days are spent staring at screens or talking about how to fix things that didn't go right the first time. We do not have a receptionist, so if the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door usually gets up to answer it. The windows look out over the street, so we see a lot of people walking their dogs or heading to the shops. It is a quiet routine, and we like it that way. We don't really care much for fancy office decor. As long as the lights work and the coffee is hot, we are fine.
