We have been running Rtc Logistics from this office in Jayanagara 1st Block East for a while now. It is on the 2nd floor of a building on 8th Main Road, specifically in Byrasandra. If you know the area, it is right on 1st Cross. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the work done and keep things moving. Jayanagara is a busy part of Bangalore, so there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside our windows. We handle a lot of different items and deal with drivers and paperwork all day long. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with the phone ringing and people coming in and out, but that is just how the logistics business is. We started here because the location seemed practical for reaching different parts of the city. Most of us here live nearby, so we know the shortcuts to avoid the worst of the Bangalore traffic when we can. It’s a lot of manual tracking and making sure things are where they should be. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just desks, computers, and files. We spend most of our time talking to people on the phone and checking on shipments. We've seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but we stay focused on our daily routine. It is honest work and we just try to keep things organized without making it more complicated than it needs to be.
