Royal Rasoi

Royal Rasoi is located right near R P H School at number 228 in Electronic City. It’s a busy part of town, especially when the school lets out and the parents are picking up their kids. We get a lot of people from the nearby offices too, especially during the lunch hour when everyone is in a hurry. The kitchen is fairly small, so we have to be careful not to bump into each other when we’re moving the heavy pots. We cook everything in big batches to keep up with the demand. The smell of spices is really strong inside, and it lingers on your clothes long after you leave. We have some basic tables and chairs, nothing fancy at all, just enough for people to sit down and eat their curry. I’ve noticed that the floor gets a bit dusty because of the construction work happening down the street, so we’re constantly sweeping. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us handling the cooking and the cleaning. It’s hard work, and the heat from the stoves can be a lot in the summer. We try to keep things simple and focus on getting the food out hot. Electronic City is a fast-paced place, so we don't spend much time talking to customers, we just get them their food so they can get back to their jobs. It’s a practical spot for a quick meal before heading back to the office.
