You can find us at 303 on the 2nd Cross, 9th Main in Canara Bank Colony, Nagarbhavi. Roshtec Life Science isn't some massive laboratory you'd see in the movies. We operate out of a regular building in a residential-commercial mix area. It’s a lot of paperwork and managing supplies most days. We keep things pretty low-key around here. The office is functional, with desks pushed together and shelves full of files. We aren't into big marketing campaigns or flashy presentations. Most of our interactions are straightforward and professional but without the corporate fluff. Sometimes the traffic in Nagarbhavi makes it a pain for deliveries to arrive on time, but we deal with it as best as we can. We have a small team that has been together for a while. We aren't trying to change the whole world; we just focus on the science and the products we handle day to day. It gets a bit quiet in the afternoons, which is when we get most of our deep work done. There’s no fancy breakroom or catered lunches here. We usually just grab something from the local shops nearby or bring tiffins from home. It’s a steady pace of work. We have known our suppliers for a long time and the same few faces usually drop by the office to talk about their orders.
