Our office is located on the first floor at 101 RHCS Extension in Annapoornewshwari Nagar. Being in Nagarabhavi 2nd Stage, it’s a bit of a residential feel around here, which is nice compared to the crowded city center. Rosch Medical Systems Private Limited is based in this building, and we have a fairly simple setup. The first thing you notice when you walk in is the smell of electronic components and cleaning supplies. Since we work with medical systems, there are always technical manuals and spare parts sitting on the workbenches. It isn’t a high-tech showroom; it’s more like a workshop where things get tested and fixed. We spend our days talking to hospitals and clinics, trying to help them with their equipment needs. The office gets quite a bit of light in the morning, which makes it a pleasant place to be. We have a few technicians who are always coming and going with toolkits. Sometimes the hallway gets blocked with crates waiting to be shipped out, but we manage to navigate around them. The team here is pretty laid back. We don't wear suits or have formal meetings. Usually, we just talk across the room while we work. It’s a practical environment where the focus is on the hardware and making sure it functions correctly for the people who need it. It’s just us doing our job in this corner of Bangalore without any unnecessary drama or complicated corporate rules.
