We are located in the Regus Gem Business Centre at 26/1 Hosur Road, which is right in the middle of the Bommanahalli traffic. If you know the area, you know that getting here can be a bit of a struggle in the mornings. Rollon India Pvt. Ltd. is based in this shared office space, so it feels a bit more modern than a standalone factory, but it’s still a busy workplace. We have our desks set up in a way that lets us talk easily, though it can get a bit loud when everyone is on the phone. The view from the window is mostly just the never-ending stream of cars and buses on Hosur Road. We spend a lot of time dealing with linear motion parts and bearings, talking to people about their technical needs. Since it’s a business center, we see a lot of people from other companies in the hallways, which is a bit different from having our own building. We don’t really have a big sign out front or anything like that. It’s mostly just us and our computers, trying to keep track of orders and making sure the logistics side of things is moving along. We try to get our work done efficiently so we can beat at least some of the evening traffic. It's a standard office life, really, just focused on the practical side of the industrial parts we handle.
