Our office is situated on the first floor of the Regus Gem Business Centre at 26/1 Hosur Road. It’s right in the heart of Bommanahalli, which means we are constantly surrounded by the legendary Bangalore traffic. Being at Rollon India (P) Ltd involves a lot of work with linear motion systems and technical hardware. The business center itself is quite professional, but our specific unit feels a bit more like a working lab. We have various rails and components spread out on the tables for testing and demonstration. It’s not a huge space, so we have to be quite organized with our stock and files. Most of our day is spent answering emails and coordinating with the warehouse to make sure things get shipped out on time. The windows look out toward the main road, and we often find ourselves watching the sea of cars while we are on the phone. We have a small break area where we can grab a coffee, but we usually just stay at our desks. It’s a fast-paced environment because of the location and the nature of the industry. We don't have time for long, unnecessary meetings. We just try to stay on top of the orders and make sure the technical details are correct. It’s a practical, busy office in one of the most active parts of the city, and we’ve grown quite used to the pace of Hosur Road.
