We are based over in Bagmane Tech Park, specifically in the Laurel building, Block B. You can find Rohm Semiconductor India Pvt. Ltd. on the second level at Unit 4B and 5. It is a big park in C.V. Raman Nagar, so it takes a minute to get through the security gates sometimes. We spend our time working on semiconductor stuff. It is a lot of sitting at desks and looking at technical data all day. The office is pretty standard for a tech park—clean enough but nothing too flashy or over the top. We have a lot of colleagues coming and going at different hours. Byrasandra is a busy part of the city, and the commute can be a real pain with the traffic, but we are here every morning. We do not really do sales pitches or anything like that. We just focus on the engineering and the support side of things for the people who use our parts. There is a cafeteria nearby where we grab lunch most days. It is a professional environment, but we keep things pretty casual among ourselves. We deal with a lot of international coordination because of the nature of the industry. Sometimes that means late nights or early mornings because of the time zones. It is just the way the work goes. Rohm Semiconductor India Pvt. Ltd. has been at this location for a while now. We know the security guards and the folks at the front desk. It is a steady routine for us.
