Our place at Rohini Industrial Electricals Ltd. is over in Syndicate Bank Colony, right in Mudalapalya. If you know Bangalore, you know how the traffic can get around here, especially in the evenings when everyone is trying to get home. We’ve been at 1/1 for a good while now. It’s a decent neighborhood, mostly residential but we fit in fine with our industrial electrical work. The office isn't anything special to look at. Just a regular building where we keep our files and meet up before heading out to sites. Some days are slow and we just sit around drinking tea and talking about the next project, but usually, it’s quite the opposite. We handle a lot of the heavy electrical stuff that factories need. Bangalore keeps growing, so there is always something to fix or install. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the work right so we don't have to go back and fix it twice. The guys here have been working together for years. We know each other's habits. Mudalapalya is a busy spot, and being near the colony makes it easy for the staff to get in. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with ties and big meetings. We just wear our work clothes and get into it. If you drop by, you’ll probably find us sorting through some cables or looking at a site map on the wall. It’s just how it is.
