We are located at 777/Q on the 1st Cross, right off the 13th Main in Indiranagar 2nd Stage, Bangalore. If you know Bangalore, you know Indiranagar is one of the busiest spots in the city. Our office for Rohan Housing is right in the middle of all that action. It is an old building that has been around for a while, tucked in between some of the newer shops and cafes. The stairs are a bit narrow and the paint is peeling in a few spots, but it has character. Inside, we have a few rooms filled with architectural drawings, site photos, and stacks of brick samples. It is a working office, so it is rarely tidy. We have a small pantry where we make coffee, and someone is usually running out to grab snacks for the team. The traffic on 13th Main is legendary, so we often hear the constant honking of cars while we are trying to discuss floor plans or permit issues. We have a small sign outside, but it is easy to miss if you are not looking for it. Most of our clients are local people who know the area well. We like being in this part of town because it keeps us close to the heart of the city's housing market. It is a hectic place to work, but we are used to the noise and the energy of Indiranagar by now.
