We are located in Bangalore, specifically in the Munnekolalu area near Marathahalli. Our office is on the first floor, C/O Narayanareddy, on L N Temple Road. Bangalore is a fast city, but our corner here on Temple Road feels a bit more grounded. We are Rohan Builders Pvt Ltd. Vijayakumar C.H. is usually around handling things. The office is pretty basic. We have some computers for the accounts and a big table for looking at the layouts and maps. Outside, the street is always busy with people heading to the temple or the shops. We spend a lot of time dealing with the city’s bureaucracy and the logistics of getting materials through the terrible traffic. It is not a polished corporate setup. We have stains on the table from old coffee cups and boxes of files that haven't been opened in months. We just focus on the building work. Whether it is a small renovation or a bigger project, we just take it one step at a time. We don't use any fancy language to describe ourselves. We are just builders. We know the Marathahalli area like the back of our hands because we have been working here for a long time. It is a noisy, busy, and sometimes frustrating place to work, but we like it well enough. We are just a local team trying to keep things moving forward every day, brick by brick.
