Rohan Builders (I) Pvt Ltd

We are tucked away in BEML Layout over here in Bangalore, specifically at house number 755. This area is a bit quieter than the main roads which is nice for getting some actual work done. Rohan Builders has been operating out of this spot for a bit, and it feels more like a home office than anything else. You have to navigate the 7th Main and 1st Cross to find us, but once you are here, it’s just a regular bunch of people working on building projects. We spend our mornings on the phone with suppliers and our afternoons walking around various sites to see how the masonry is holding up. There is always something to fix or some material that hasn't shown up on time. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the bell rings, one of us just gets up and opens the door. Our desks are covered in blueprints and measuring tapes. Bangalore weather sometimes messes with our outdoor schedules, but we work around it. We are not doing anything flashy, just the basic work of putting buildings together. It is a messy job with lots of mud and concrete dust, but we have been doing it long enough that we don't mind. We just focus on the bricks and mortar part of things and try to get home before the traffic gets too bad in the evening.
