Rock-On Alliance

Our team at Rock-On Alliance is based over in Kengunte Malathahalli, which is a part of Bangalore that keeps us pretty busy. We aren't in one of those huge tech parks you see all over the city. Instead, we’re tucked away in a more local spot where we can actually breathe a bit. It’s a decent area and most of us live close enough that the commute isn't too terrible, though Bangalore traffic is always a bit of a gamble. We mostly spend our days coordinating things and making sure our projects are moving along. There’s usually a lot of back-and-forth communication going on. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power flickers, but that’s just how it goes here. We don't have a big corporate cafeteria, so we usually just grab lunch from the local shops nearby. It’s a pretty simple setup we’ve got going. We’ve been at this for some time now and we’ve learned a lot about how to get things done without overcomplicating everything. There are a few of us who have been here since the start and a couple of newer faces too. We don't really do the whole formal office thing. We just show up, do the work, and head home. It’s a practical way to run a business, and Malathahalli feels like home to the group. We just keep moving forward one day at a time, trying to keep our heads above water.
