Our office is located at 41519 Mahatma Gandhi Road. Being on MG Road means we are right in the center of everything. It’s an old part of the city with a lot of history, and our office reflects that a bit. We focus on housing and development, which basically means we spend our time looking at land and talking to people who want to build something. The space we work in is practical. There are some old wooden desks and a lot of cabinets filled with records from years ago. We don't really go for the modern glass-and-chrome look. It’s a bit more traditional here. We see a lot of foot traffic because of where we are. People stop by to ask questions or just to see what’s new in the neighborhood. We don’t do much fancy advertising. Most people find us because they know the name or they’ve walked past the building a hundred times. It gets noisy with the metro and the cars, but we don't mind. It feels like we are in the middle of the action. We just focus on our projects and try to keep things moving forward. It’s a steady kind of work, and we like the routine of being here on this specific street every day. We just sit at our desks and handle the paperwork as it comes. It is a good place to be.
